Original Stencil Quilts  

Stencilled quilts are not limited to stamped ‘repetitions’ or contemporary designs. As my gallery of work shows, you can use stencils to create anything you like. If you have notebooks full of sketches and design ideas – stencilling is ideal. If you have a beautiful fabric you would like to enhance with a complimentary block- you can create it: with complete control over colour, curve of line and size. You can think of it as creating your own picture, your own fabric or just your own technique…because stencilling allows you to really own your work.

From the beginning of a design until the last outline, there is a level of stencilling to suit all quilters.
